JOHN spent one week with the legendary film score-mixer Alan Meyerson at Studio La Fabrique in south of France. Alan is credited with over 300 movies and video games, including Dune, The Dark Knight-trilogy, Interstellar, Inception, Blade Runner 2049, Gladiator, Dunkirk, Pirates of the Caribbean, Sherlock Holmes and The Holiday to name a few. Alan has worked with legendary composer Hans Zimmer for 30 plus years and their friendship and collaboration continues to this day.
Soundthrills together with 18 other composers and audio engineers spent a week learning about Alan’s mixing techniques, industry secrets as well as getting one on one mixing sessions with their own material.
